Summer Glau

 The first time she appeared on television was as a guest ballerina in a 2002 episode on the TV show Angel. She was noticed by director JossWhedon who then cast her as River Tam in the critically-acclaimed TV series Firefly. The role she also reprised for Serenity's feature film sequel. Glau had applied previously for the Power Ranger (White Wild Force Ranger Alyssa erile) part in Power Rangers Wild Force, but was defeated by Jessica Rey. Glau had a small part in the film Sleepover, in which she played high school senior Shelly. She also appeared in the CSI: Crime Scene Investigation episode "What's Gilbert Grissom Eating? " The second season of The Unit as Crystal Burns (the girlfriend of Jeremy Erhart). In 2006, Glau played Tess Doerner the paranoid schizophrenic's returnee in season two's premiere episode of The 4400, and became the main character from season three onwards. Mammoth was also her horror-comedy role. Glau was also cast in ABC Family Television's movie The Initiation of Sarah. Glau played Cameron Phillips in Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles. The series premiered on January 13 in 2008. The seventh episode of the series, "The Demon Hand", included several scenes in which Glau (in the role of Cameron) dances in ballet, Glau also played Allison Young (Cameron's human doppelganger) in the second season episodes "Allison from Palmdale" and "Born to Run". Glau also guest starred in an episode of The Big Bang Theory, which is a CBS comedy that focuses on situations.
